To redeem a complimentary breakfast, guests must present the printed voucher that will allow them to redeem one item from the “breakfast bites menu” and unlimited brewed coffee. The printed voucher does not include espresso drinks, packaged food, or merchandise. The breakfast bites menu is subject to change without notice.
Cruiser Bicycles and helmets are provided on a first come, first served basis for registered guests. Bike check-out/pick-up is located at our Brannan Cottage Inn property. You will be required to fill out a release/waiver form prior to checking out the bike.
Brannan Hotels properties embrace cutting-edge technology to craft a personalized and enjoyable stay for our guests. To facilitate seamless communication and enhance your experience, we require valid mobile phone number(s) and/or email address(s).
Unfortunately, there are no EV chargers on site. There are EV chargers that are conveniently located within walking distance of the inn. Visit our Nearby page, in the first dropdown select the Brannan Hotels property and in the second select the “Transportation” category.
Parking is free for guests and is located behind the inn located at 1226 Stevenson Street, Calistoga. No advance parking reservations, passes, or parking tickets are required.
In town, the Calistoga Shuttle is an on-demand transit service, free to all registered hotel guests.
Though Uber and Lyft are available, they can be unreliable once in town. Napa Red Cab offers a shuttle service between Calistoga and Sonoma, San Francisco, Oakland, and Sacramento airports.
For transit back to the airport, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially for those on a time crunch.
All rooms, including public areas, are non-smoking. You agree that violations of this policy will result in a $250 fee charged to the credit card on file.
BRANNAN COTTAGE INN
Wheelchair accessible. Enter the property from the Guest Parking area, located at 1226 Stevenson St. Calistoga CA 94515.
Please note that this property and our Cottage King (Room 3) were renovated in 2014. Part of the purpose of the renovation was to provide accessible features and equivalent facilitation under the guidance of the California Historical Building Code (Part 8 of Title 24) and the City of Calistoga Building Department. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places August 18, 1983 – Reference Number 83001211, National Archives ID: 123859996
Late check-out charges may apply. Up to a $50.00 fee for checkout past 11:30 AM.
Cancellations or modifications within the cancellation period are subject to the loss of the first-night deposit for each room booked.
Standard Reservation
Cancellation must be given 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of the first night’s charges.
Holiday/Special Event Periods
Cancellation must be given 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of the first night’s charges.
Third-party Reservations
Any modifications, cancellations, or change requests made on reservations booked through a third party or online travel agency (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) must be made with those agencies and not with the Inn.
Requests via email are preferred at frontdesk@brannan1862.com. Cancellations must be accompanied by a valid booking number. Please, do not call to cancel as cancellation requests will not be accepted via voice messages.
We are pet-friendly! Pets are allowed when booking our pet-friendly rooms: Cottage King (Rooms 1 and 3) and Fireplace Loft King (Room 6) which is pet-friendly for dogs under 40 lbs. A $50 daily fee applies. Please add this as a booking option or ask us for help.

All rooms have keyless entry with personalized codes that are individually accessed from outside of the cottage making it possible to access after hours.
BRANNAN LOFTS
Wheelchair inaccessible. The Brannan Lofts are situated on the top floor accessible only by stairs.
To honor the authenticity of the historic 1920s building, we’ve chosen to maintain its original design, which means no stairs or elevators connect the floors. This deliberate choice allows guests to experience the space’s truest form.
