Given our cozy setting, with just 11 beautifully appointed rooms, we are unable to accommodate traditional group bookings or room blocks. However, we are delighted to offer a buyout option for guests looking for a more intimate and coordinated experience during their stay with us.
Buyout Details
A buyout allows you to reserve any number of our rooms, subject to availability. Please note that, due to system constraints, all rooms included in a buyout must be booked under a single reservation and paid for with one credit card. The booking party is responsible for the payment of all rooms, along with any additional charges that may arise during your stay.
On the day of check-in, we will send individual access codes, tailored to each room type, directly to the booking party for easy distribution to your guests.
Rate Options
When opting for a buyout, you can select between two convenient rate options: our standard room rate or an inclusive breakfast rate. To secure your booking, a nonrefundable 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due on the day of check-in. Should you wish to add more rooms later, that can be accommodated based on availability; however, please note that, once the deposit is made, we are unable to remove rooms from the buyout.
We also want to highlight that buyouts are not eligible for discounts or promotions tied to seasonality or holidays and must adhere to our standard policies, including nightly minimum stay requirements.
